Rally Beer Company Base Layer Lager

This is the only 0 carb beer that I've tried that actually tastes like real beer. Don't get me wrong, it's missing body, bitterness, flavor that many other craft beers have, but it has ZERO CARBOHYDRATES and still tastes like beer. Ace Hill has a zero carb beer and it tastes like a beer flavored White Claw. Get Base Layer ice cold and pour it into a glass and it is comparable to basically any light domestic draft. That being said, it doesn't have a not a knock it out of the park, breath taking, insanely complex flavour profile, but the folks at Rally know what they are doing, and they do it well. If this was on tap at a local bar, I'd take it over any other light beer offered. 5 star rating is for basically making a "better for you" brew that caters to a niche market while still actually making a decent tasting light beer. I wish this was on tap at every bar.
